The adjustable amp setting is what makes Home Flex a great fit for many Marlboro homes. We can set it to match exactly what your circuit and panel can safely supply.

Matching the Home Flex to Your Panel

Adjustable output is the Home Flex's best feature for older panels.

The Home Flex's output is set in the app to match the circuit breaker. That lets us fit the charger to your home, instead of forcing your home to fit the charger.

Circuit breakerMax charging output
60 A (hardwired)50 A
50 A40 A
40 A32 A
30 A24 A

We do a load calculation on your panel first. Many older Marlboro homes with 100 or 150 amp service can still support a Home Flex at a lower setting. If not, we'll explain options like an electrical panel upgrade.
